Avrio Logistics – Payment Terms & Authorization

By submitting a payment through this payment page, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

  1. Payment Authorization

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

The payment amount should be the quote amount provided by Avrio Logistics, unless a different amount has been authorized by an Avrio Logistics representative.

  1. PayTrace Payment Processing

Payments are processed through PayTrace, a third-party payment processing service. Payment and personal information may be collected, processed, transmitted, and, where applicable, securely stored by PayTrace.

You may also have the option to create a PayTrace account during the payment process. If you create an account, information associated with your account and payment activity may be retained by PayTrace.

Your use of PayTrace is subject to PayTrace’s applicable terms, privacy policy, security practices, and data-retention policies. Please review PayTrace’s policies for information regarding how your information is handled.

  1. Fraud, Unauthorized Use & Security

This payment page may only be used for legitimate payments authorized by Avrio Logistics.

You agree not to use the payment page or related systems for fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, deceptive, or malicious purposes, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, manipulate, disrupt, or compromise the payment system.

You represent that you have authorization to use the payment method submitted.

Avrio Logistics reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity and, where appropriate, provide information to financial institutions, payment processors, law enforcement, or other authorized parties.

  1. Payment Processing & Approval

Submitting a payment does not guarantee that the transaction will be approved. Transactions may be declined, delayed, or subject to review by PayTrace, the payment processor, the card-issuing bank, or another financial institution.

Avrio Logistics is not responsible for a transaction being declined or delayed by a third-party payment processor or financial institution.

  1. Payment Confirmation

After completing your payment, please retain your confirmation or receipt.

You may be asked to provide the confirmation or receipt to your Avrio Logistics representative so that the payment can be properly matched to your quote, invoice, account, or shipment.

  1. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a question or believe there is an error with your payment, please contact Avrio Logistics so the matter can be reviewed.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law or applicable card-network rules.

Fraudulent, unauthorized, or intentionally improper payment disputes may be investigated and addressed to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Incorrect Payment Amount

You are responsible for entering the correct payment amount.

Entering an incorrect amount does not change the amount due under your quote, invoice, service agreement, or other applicable agreement.

  1. Third-Party Policies

PayTrace’s applicable terms and policies govern its payment-processing services and its handling of payment and personal information.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that PayTrace is a third-party service provider and that its applicable policies may apply to your use of the payment service.
